I frankly buy more leadership books than I read. I am extremely glad that I finished this one. A great guide to creating new possibilities for your organization. I decided to buy 3 additional books about half way through my reading so that I can have my Chief of Staff and two of my Directors leverage the power of Aviv’s work. Aviv provides a great framework to build and drive transformation. It was also a great reminder of the power of reflection. This is something that I have learned previously, but need to have reinforced occasionally. I highly recommend this book. I found it not only insightful, but also a practical guide for creating a vision and driving transformation for my organization.Product details

The format, with 12 portals that can be read independently, can be a course in strategic consulting. Or applied meditations. Or how to design your better future. Aviv is a gifted business leadership coach. His use of content "portals" is an effective way to deliver a series of rich content that can be consumed (and studied) a single helping at a time. His business insight is right on-target and the window he provides into his personal story is remarkable. An accomplished and successful risk taker, he shares years of learning in helping organizations generate rich conversations which lead to breakthrough results. Well worth the purchase price as both a cover-to-cover read and a specific business reference on focused topics for building and leading winning teams.
"To arrive at a better place, one must first change the conversation". This book could be the conversation changer our world so needs right now. Beautifully written and easy to read, I was mesmerized by Avivs' extraordinary storytelling. It was truly a rich experience just reading it. The content literally took my breath away as I recognized the power in the processes and frameworks Aviv shares.
Few books have the power to shift perspectives so powerfully. Even fewer also provide a concrete framework for implementation.
This is MUST READ for every Leader and Leadership Coach!
